Making complex systems feel intuitive

I'm drawn to products where the complexity is real, products like equity lifecycles, compensation structures, liquidity events. I enjoy making complex workflows easy to digest by way of fine tuning user experiences.

Before moving into product design, I worked as a UX researcher and studied automotive human factors, these experiences helped me understand how people make decisions under pressure, with imperfect information, inside complex systems.

The work I care about is rarely visible. It's the structure that decides what belongs in the same workflow and what should be automated. Restraint, more often than novelty.
